Did Volvikar spread a rumour by writing something that was not already going round? Did he quote a source? Saying that Parrikar is having so-and-so disease and is critical could be because of misinformation. Is he under arrest? If so, the GIJ should fight for him. If this is s case of journalistic misdemeanour that the journalist should render an apology. If the matter is referred to the Privileges Committee of the Assembly, it's another matter. I assume he hasn't reported on the Assembly proceeedings.
