I beg to differ (slightly) with you Aires Esq.Anyone can make a fake number
plate under the present system, and the letters and numbers can be miniscule
or artistically stylicized. At least the new number plates are mechanically
produced and standardized and cannot be replicated or forged (at least not
easily). I was not aware that the new number plates are supposed to have a GPS
chip or tracking device. The only chip that my license number plate attracts
is cow chips when traversing the Goan highways.

mind. Ministers should act and function always for the best interests of
the public and not to enrich their pockets.
