One of CM Digamber Kamat's inital moves when he became Chief Minister of Goa
was to request the
Central Government in Delhi for establishing an Engineering College like an
IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) in Goa. I wonder what is the status of
that request. Has there been any follow up ?
