You are ranting.
Haven´t you heard, and rejoiced in. the glorious carreers of the Goan
mayors of Bombay down the last century and more.
Four of them each and all most respected by all the communities in the
metropolis.
I got to know only one of them, Dr Simon and enduringly learnt much that has
served
me not only in early democratic days in Goa but far later.
And many other Goans that thus served. I wish Professor Aloysius Soares
writins were
included in text materials in our school class curriculae.
Our chaps that have left such niche-marks throughout erstwhile East Africa.
The proliferation of Indian/Goan politicians in UK, at all levels, also
speaks volumes.
The US too but on a lower scale I would say. In Canada the leaps are
overcoming
the bounds encouragingly.
I have been placed on Swedish parliamentary and municipal lists three times
successively without seeking the nomination and at request of thoroughly
indigenious Swedes. (The leader of the last party, Linda Rosing, has just
been voted,
by a Brit mag the sexiest woman göobally! Google her, but mind your BP
levels.)
So, what is the brouse of respectable and responsible persons acting in
Goan polity?
You wish to invest only the present Goan political goons and their progeny
with
hereditary rights to devour Goa?
Pray please elucidate your desire. It is nebulously ungrapable.

Everything is over now its too late, time has come soon they will contest
the election, And they will form A Congress Government of the people, by
