creation of 18 nations within Goa and thus attacking the freedom of our
motherland.>
How would these be different from the unknown number of military enclaves
already operating within Goa since Liberation? All are Indian right? I think
it was Manohar Parrikar who once said that it is easier to get foreign
governments out of the country than to get our own military to ease up on
things. The only thing which saves Dabolim airport from being equated with
an SEZ may be the existence of the civil enclave there. Once that goes (due
to the force of Resolution 2000) then for all practical purposes Dabolim
airport will be just like an SEZ, subject to purely military rules. And
Dabolim airport is bigger than at least 15 out of the 18 put together.
