I wonder how SEZ segregations, as proposed by the Goan vested interests
through their govermental tools, would differ, in essence, from the "Foreign
Concessions" granted by Peiking in Southern China, at the turn of the last
century, to USA and a few European powers?
Another thought, since SEZ would involve such a large part of Goa in an
exercise
of self-rule, why not go the whole hog and designate the entire state an
independent
entity, that being the status Goans have been so passionately hankering for
since the
six decades & more?
