Nobody is compelling anyone to do anything. You don't have
a toilet, can't pay for one? Then don't come to Goa. You don't
have a roof over your head to spend the night? Then don't
come to Goa. Our waterline & public spaces do not exist to
service your bodily needs. Our gardens and parks are not
for your adaptive use as hovels, for you to squat and sleep
in all through the day and night.
Saudi Arabia would have solved this problem in less than
no time - 50 lashes on the derriere for every gram of deposit.
That behind will never again defecate in the open, even
at gunpoint. But in India, anything goes. The Leftist perverts
then point the finger of blame on everyone else except
the perpetrator.
Feel free to ask for clarifications if more are needed. But
give the sermons a rest - I freely concede that you are an
