Not sure what Vegan means versus Vegetarian. Having converted to a modified
form of
Vegetarianism, over a year ago, I can personally vouch for the marked
improvement in my health, plus increased energy. Being a Goan catholic, I was
brought up on a diet of all kinds of meat. Meat on the menu every single day
(except Friday as mandated at the time by the
Catholic church). Slowly, gradually, I have given up meat entirely and feel
a whole lot better for having done so. I have heard that GoaNetter Kevin
Saldanha is a strong proponent of a
Vegan diet. I wish more people would joing the bandwagon.
