I fully agree and support what Dr. J.Colaco said  because nobody is above 
the law and can take the law and order  into his or her own hands and create 
chaos in the country/state  just beause he is rich or influential whether he 
belongs to  either the RICH CLASS OF MLA or MINISTER or CM or PM or POLICE 
or SOLDIER.Nobody is above the law. THE RULE OR LAW OF THE LAND HAS TO BE 
FOLLOWED  STRICTLY BY ALL IRRESPECTIVE OF CASTE, CREED OR RELIGION OR 
WEALTH.Otherwise it will be a Jungle Raj as has happened recently in Bombay.
Goan politicians are only dying to  accumulate wealth  and support each 
other in all criminal  and other anti social  activities, changing sides 
and exchanging crores every second day and the peoples welfare is  taken 
care of by none.Just ponder for a minute and see how many CMs  we  have had 
so far during these few years .Why is it so ?Everyone of them  has learnt to 
even object good policies and plans just to satisfy their own greed or 
selfish interests.I think we need  some more ACTS like the Right to 
information  and Consumer Act or the one like the Election Commission.Why 
not an  act to protect weaker sections of society or to finish court cases 
which continue  for ages even after the persons/parties  involved in it or 
witnesses have long died and gone and no more but court cases still continue 
or come up for hearing after months or years .Voice recordings should be 
done in courts to allow no room for denial by anyone later on to twist the 
cases and linger on for buying time or think of ways of avoiding justice 
because this is the profession the lawyers  who are expert in and paid 
highly for it on demand .Specially in India/Goa it is mostly the criminals 
or law breakers who go free and the victims of injustice who are punished 
instead .All because the lawyers receive a big lump sum to defend the 
offenders at all cost.It is quite evident everywhere  in Goa/India the 
offenders enter the jails or lockups through the front door  and exit the 
next minute through the back door.Such is the state of our justice.
