Sorry to say but it is this kind of discussion (from people who should presumably know better) based on pre-conceived ideas rather than facts that is the bane of intellectual life in Goa/goanet. The only thing we learn from the post is that the author is dead against the Mopa project and is unable or unwilling to shape it to meet Goa's long term interests when a great opportunity to do so is available.
