I think it is a duty of leaders like Floriano and Tony to unite majority of Moidekars to bring the required changes beside repeatedly writting on Goanet. If this is achieved ( and I do not think it is impossible) then the all pervasive conflict between the Panchayat and the Gram Sabha will be eliminated. To elaborate this, the Last working Gram Sabha would be held in the premises of the Moira Club as resolved by the Gram Sabha resolution and not under the leaking make shift tarpaulin covered hurried arrangement, defying the Gram Sabha resolution.
