This is in response to Mr. N.Chandrasekharan Ex Dy.Chief Traffic Warden(Bengaluru City Traffic Police), posting on the above thread. Better sense will prevail in any given field only when rules are strictly implemented. In Goa rules and Laws are only existing, and are implemented only on lesser beings. In the case of Road safety, strictness should first start with issuance of license and not being issued as election gifts. Secondly, the R.T.O themselves should undergo training on rules and regulations and road sense. Do not blame public. If you see the migrant public in Arab countries and some European countries, they follow the rules and have learned road sense, WHY?
