To Goanet - Have the poders been using Fair & Lovely to season the poie? It has certainly become fairer but not lovelier. To sample the authentic brown wheaty poie, you have to now look to the small villages away from the bigger urban centres. I was in Parsem early morning today and got to sample a superb poie, straight as well as dunked in chao. Ah, the pleasures of amchem Goem ! (alas, now quickly becoming ghatified.)
