KTC driver and his lover playing with the lives of 50+ passengers?

This young driver must be a bachelor or just got married.
Before the start of the bus, while on driver’s seat, he was on the phone for
hours at the Sawantwadi Bus stand. The bus left around 11.25. 20 minutes
later, while the bus in motion, we saw this driver on the phone again, driving
the bus single handedly. Seeing that he is not likely to put the phone down,
my friend wanted to go to him and stop him.
As this could affect his mind/driving, he still had to drive for about 90 more
minutes ( e.g. If some one tells me I was wrong, although I admit, I will still
hold a grudge against the complainant for telling me in public and this could
affected my mind and the driving too), so we complaint to the bus conductor who
was at the last seat. Complained so loudly that the entire bus could hear it.
Neither the conductor nor did the passengers say anything. Perhaps, they all
felt talking on the phone while driving or not, is quite normal now a days.

Wile approaching Panjim, we saw him again on the phone.

When I say Driver, Lover and passengers, you may say where is the lover?
The lover was on the other end of the phone.

Now, you say how do we know the person on the other hand is a lover?

I wonder, driving and talking over the phone same time, is very common with bus
drivers in Goa!

I think, carrying or using mobile phone should be banned to all drivers on
tourist or public transport.

And we saw this accident only morning on DB Road

Don’t if it was a case of drink and drive or talking while driving
