Albert writes:- The word of God is food for human beings. It is like a running
water that flows into the fields where seeds are sown and grows it into
seedlings and then into plants and changes the entire atmosphere and makes it
green the sign of satisfaction and plenty. No one should replace the word of
God with useless prayers and deprive humanity of its rich food for the mind and
soul without which life is useless. Our TV carries rich channels like the God
channel and the Rophe Channel. While the first one is managed by believers the
second one is by Roman Catholics. What does it matter whether believers run the
show or the catholics provided the word of God is spread with the help of the
Holy Spirit empowerment . why are we building walls or barriers and preventing
the richness of the Word of God from flowing into the hearts of people ? Many
times we the catholics are blind believers and never pray with our hearts open
to the word of God or else God would have inspired in
us the correct ways through the word of God. These people who preach
divisions and barriers to the word of God are infact the false prophets for one
who is with Jesus cannot be against Jesus. If only we had to read the proverbs
we would know how to manage our homes and ourselves beautifully. If you read
isasiah you would know what God wants of you. He strongly advises you not to
worship idols. You may not bow your heads and say " I worship " but your
behaviour, your words make idols your god. The first commandment comes heavily
on us "I am thy lord your God...
The word of God binds us with God, binds us with other human beings. Today
human beings are not bounded together with love and we remain far away without
any binding on us. Amen
