Simply put, Goanet will be what you want it to be.
For example, you can use it to find like minded people who want to tackle
the problems Goa and Goans face today. You could also use Goanet as an
excellent source of info. Then again, if you want to, Goanet can be an
an neat place to read the musing of self described 'lone voices.' Lone voices
of people who are completely out of touch with reality.
For example, how about this completely weird quote from one Mario
Goveia, who claims to be living in the US? "In the meantime, life in the US is

Barrack Obama (blessed be, slightly bent, his names) is going to radically
change the US health care system this year by providing health care to all US
