Dear Selma,
Jack Sequira? Who could that be? One of the Sequiras from Sussex Downs?
Since his name appears in your post four times you must know him well. We would
like to convey your apologies to his family "up to 16 generations", but could
not find him listed anywhere, not even in the electoral rolls.
     Regards,
     Victor

Dear Doc,

I was fully expecting a story along the lines of when you and Jack Sequira went
running through the woods, holding hands and looking into each other's eyes
when suddenly you saw an Indian squatting in the bushes. Not quite sure what he
was doing, you turned to Jack Sequira and asked innocently.

What is he?

I don't know, said Jack Sequira, but he keeps calling us "Goanese" and I don't
like it.
With due apologies to Jack Sequira  and his family upto 16 generations (this is
a hypothetical story with no historical records to prove that it ever occured)
;-)

Best,
selma
