PLEASE NOTE:
· Participants should report to the *Registration Desk *on Thursday,
17th December 2009 at 10 am at the The International Centre, Goa – Dona
Paula.
· A Short Film/Documentary will be screened at 10 to 10.30 am.
Participants will have to draw a Poster for that documentary.
· Entry will be accepted on First-Come-First-Served-Basis.
· First Prize – Rs. 2000/-, Second Prize – Rs. 1500/-, Third Prize –
Rs. 1000/- and 20 cash consolation prizes of Rs. 200/-.
· Organisers will provide standard poster size Paper.
· Colours, brushes, etc. should be brought by the participants.
· Posters should be drawn/painted within ICG premises and should be
submitted before 4.00pm.
· All participants will have to make a 2 minutes presentation about
the poster to the judges appointed by ICG. at 5.00pm
· Prize distribution will be done at on same day at around 6.30 pm.
· ICG reserves the right to keep or return any or all the posters
drawn by the participants.
· ICG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all entries
without giving any reason thereof.
