I absolutely agree with Marshall.
I have been saying for a long time now that the Church in Goa needs to wear
a 'thinking cap'.
This is what you get when the Church messes up with lootmar politicians,
blesses them in full view and even work for their election.

PS: It is not enough that this lootmar breed is Blessed right out from the
Raj Bhavan itself, but have to be wined and dined at the highest sactuary of
the Church, the Bishop's Palace.
PPS: Goa's Need of the Hour................What's Zat??? ........ surely not
the shower of pontifical blessings on the lootmar lot

I am disappointed with the response of the Church to the Colva violence.

least the Church authorities could have done was to distance themselves
from
the violence and express regret despite the grave provocation. The moral
authority of the Church has been eroded by this unfortunate episode.
