We definitely need to change Goa's Political System. But we must ensure that we elect Honest and reliable people to replace the current Corrupt Scoundrels who are constantly being re-elected to power. If we can achieve this, we will be able to see sustained progress in Goa. When we elect the next parliament, we also have to ensure that the constitution is changed restricting the number of terms one can serve in any position. This will give rise to new ideas which in turn will lead to progress. Electing the same old fogies to office every time only enhances their belief that it is their right to be in the seat and emboldens them to higher levels of corruption since they feel that nothing will happen to them. Our youth should be encouraged to enter politics and serve in Government . This will infuse new blood and fresh ideas into the stagnant and go no where government of Goa.
