Hi Mario, Sorry Mario, by change to the political system I meant that the constitution has to be changed setting limits by way of terms for all elected officials setting limits to the number of terms any person can be elected to office. This will ensure that there is a turnover of ideas resulting in fresh ideas and fresh blood being infused into the system thus contributing to development and ensuring that the same people do not hold office indefinitely.
