Alarm bells were not ringing when the patient was first admitted to Apollo Hospital; the Hospital perhaps too scared to go against a Goa Minister - so obviously they leaked the details to the NGO's. Now with probing, the details are coming to light; If I am not mistaken, I read somewhere that the ex-Minister stated that his only mistake was coming to the aid of the Woman - a friend indeed is a friend in need. That he had second thoughts now is another matter - self preservation, seems to have taken a priority. The Police have much, much more to do and they need further interrogation to tie up the loose ends. The exact details of the Post Mortem and injuries to the body will in due time be disclosed, under cross examination I am sure. Until that time we shall have to rely on what statements the Police allow us. All that has been revealed recently are the statements made to the Court to deny anticipatory bail.
