This deliberate overstatement is probably meant to poke fun at alternative forms of medicine (other than "allopathy"). Maybe I could say that I am not convinced that allopathy "cures everything".
PS: It's not fair to take the crank elements out of alternative forms of medicine, and compare these with the more trustworthy ones of allopathy.
