FN opined: This deliberate overstatement is probably meant to poke fun at alternative forms of medicine (other than "allopathy"). Maybe I could say that I am not convinced that allopathy "cures everything". PS: It's not fair to take the crank elements out of alternative forms of medicine, and compare these with the more trustworthy ones of allopathy. jc comment: 1: I strongly recommend that FN does research before making such statements. Research of GoaNet postings would be enough for this purpose. 2: I do not believe that FN is qualified enough to determine that any statement of mine was/is 'deliberate'. Accordingly, I recommend that he (FN) sticks to his preferred style i.e. misrepresentation and the juxta-position of fact et fiction. 3: For the record, I personally do NOT believe that ANY form of medicine cures everything. If I believed so, i would have recommended that medicine to folks who believe that Colonialism started in Goa only after 1961, and also to those who irresponsibly and falsely accuse others of making such statements. jc
