FN, Quite frankly, this is the kind of b/s that our old friend Mario would compose. It is of absolutely no value but really important to those with a lot of time on their hands. If you have the time, can you give us your opinion on the questions you ask above? As for me, I think that the current Goan NRI commissioner is a colossal waste. He is not elected and will probably remain in that position for life. In other words, he is in the envious position of being guaranteed a well paying job regardless of whether he performs or not.
