Response: The exact title I believe is: Honorable Commissioner for NRI
Affairs, Government of Goa. (1)

RESPONSE: The mandate for this office has been posted on Goanet twice
this month (3). Follow the links to Annexures VII and VIII.

personality of an individual dilute the the accomplishment or lack
thereof, of the Department of NRI Affairs??
And did you not meet him after your unpleasant exchanges with Faleiro
and his office on Goanet?? I think your impression would have been
tainted prior to you meeting him.

RESPONSE: The individual is appointed to this post by the Government of
Goa.

RESPONSE: What is the service you seek? I believe G. Almeida (July
17/10)has expressed how the NRI Commissioner's office has accomplished
some tasks (4). He states:
"I have found the Commissioner and his officers, prompt and responsive
in dealing with those visiting his office with appeals, grievenances and
advice."
This is in contrast to your impression that Faleiro is arrogant.
