My dear Santoshbab, The only judgment which is relatively organised and readable is that of Justice Khan. The other two have made a good falooda between the Land rights and Beliefs. I am not so sure that the Lemon was bad. The Lemonade is certainly confusing. Whether the judgment is based on the Law of the land - should probably be best decided by the Supreme Court. As I probably mentioned before, I am wondering about the tiny Catholic church on the Anjediva Island. There are two ways of bringing down Heritage structures: (a) by just destroying them (b) by preventing their use and allowing neglect to take over. jc
