Confirming that "English is a difficult language" Falcao pointed out
this typo of mine: “I am however INTEREST in Falcao's points…”

JC: I absolutely accept Falcao's correction. I should have written the
following: "I am however INTERESTED in Falcao's points…”

In return for Falcao's gracious correction of my typo, I will NOT
direct his attention to the following (obviously, a typo) from him:

"any administrative unit or Department or a Ministry HAVE Rules and Regulations"

Falcao also points to something he did in 1971 ( which means .....
while I was not yet done with my MBBS). It is possible that my memory
is failing - especially memory of something I did not know. Perhaps,
Falcao will advise us what it is he did that (or How he) "brought the
Health Ministry to abide by the rules"

We might indeed have a freedom fighter and national hero in our midst,
and not know it.

Shame on folks like me and Santoshbab Helekar for not recognising such
national heroes.

I am willing to contribute towards a Tamra Patra for Falcao. Anyone
wishes to join? No? ...OK
