Siddhu is not merely a sikh but a CONGRESS SIKH, who use turbans to hide
everything!
Last six odd years the Congress is using a blue turban to hide corruption!
It is quite possible that Siddhu is claiming false expenses. He might
have claimed expenses as per the various account heads his predecessor was
claiming, without realising that he doesnt cut hair. Potentially a Real Life
Sardar Joke!
