Note that oil made from chicken fat contains only a third of the fat compared to a similar amount of coconut oil. Even lard, or pork fat, ranks much lower on the scale of saturated fats when compared to coconut oil. To those here who are still undecided whether or not coconut oil is or is not good for health, I have one suggestion: Cook all your food in coconut oil and become a guinea pig for mankind.
