Also, how does one compare the confidence of "modern" science with beliefs (even if all are not correct) adopted and learnt over centuries? Do we believe that the once-famed Goan salt is not fit for human consumption since it is doesn't have iodine added to it, and we all need to shift to factory made salt, preferably Tata Salt?
