> Yesterday, speaker while pronouncing his ruling over adjournment
> motion said, 'the issue of custom related matter that took place in
> Mumbai, as per constitution of India, comes under central government
> as such the issue can be discussed only in parliament and not in
> state assembly..the adjournment motion moved is rejected'.

RESPONSE: Dr. Barad, is this the same speaker who kept the Parrikar govt in power by not disposing the disqualification petitions against four ministers of the Parrikar govt filed by NCP leader Dr Wilfred de Souza??

> Like in the past, and till date he has not allowed any adjournment
> motions to be taken up in the house under different reasoning - for
> which his name need to be included in record book!

RESPONSE: To present some modesty of neutrality please tell us how many adjournments did this same speaker approve when the Parrikar govt was in power.

IMO and the opinion of several Goans, there are no innocents in our political establishment. As much as you may try to discolor one faction with a paintbrush the other faction can be discolored by a bucket of paint, don't you think.

Elections are in 2012; I think it is kinda early to begin the propaganda.
