Nice analysis of Indian English!
Here are a few more that I have come across.
1) I have heard a Goan friend use this :"Out and out, I went there" -- Literally in Konkani, 'Bhailey bhair hanv thuin gelon'

The dictionary meaning of 'out and out' is, complete or thorough.
2) Heard a South Indian guy say:"I went there by walk" and "Did you go there by walk?"

3) Very commonly used Indian expression:"Repeat it again"
3) Another typical Indian English expression is the use 'yegg' for egg 'hech' for the alphabet 'H''agay-nust' for 'against''wokay' for 'okay'
