1) Bombay Duck is not cooked, just fried. It doesn't matter, who does it as long as with the right spices.
2) We are mixing languages here. Bombil is Marathi or Konkani. Bombay and Duck-bill are English. 3) If the best Hyderabadi Biryani you tasted was prepared by a Keralite, could you imagine how much nicer it would have tasted if made by a Hyderabadi? 4) Ask them and you shall know.
