COWARDS !
If it was I in that gang 'sur-ing' it up accross, this pick up would never empty it's load into the river. How will the authorities check this out if this COWARD did not even take down the Registration plate number of the vehicle?
And he has the chick to post this here? For whose benefit???

This is why Goa needs SU-RAJ PARTY which I have founded with a few others,
So that these COWARDS may call it SUR Party.

Shame on COWARD MOIDEKARS.

PS: There was a time some few years ago when a full truck of toxic waste from some toxic factory in Goa unloaded it's load into the river at the NH17 Bypass bridge between Mapusa Juction and Green Park Hotel in the dead of the night and all the fish had floated up come morning. I was at Canacona's Mallikarjun College that day delivering a lecture to the students on environment. My good friend Architect Leonel Costa (A CONCERNED MOIDEKAR) phoned me to tell me the story with a heavy heart. I asked him to do me a favour and to go to 'JYOTI Studio' in Mapusa and get that guy to photograph the dead fish. This was done. Next morning, I took these photographs and accosted the Chairman of the GSPCB who immediately ordered a probe and testing of the water. It is another story altogether that nothing ever came up of this, because, THIS IS THE LAND OF COWARDS where 'Maka Kiteak Podlam?" IS THE FAVOURITE PAST TIME.

Manohar-bab is another COWARD GOAN who catches his officer red-handed taking a bribe and instead of sacking him, kicks him upstairs with a promotion. And his favourite past time is 'THIS IS NOT MY PRIORITY .... and ... THAT IS NOT MY PRIORITY' ... but bulshitting GOANS is his number one PRIORITY. Having the garbage at his door step at his Khorlim-Mapusa Residence is not his PRIORITY.

PS2: I am copying this to Manohar-bab so that he knows that I have said this.

Subject: [Goanet] Caught in the act

It was on the 1st September, 2012, that we witnessed this act of
environmental destruction,

There is a place in Mapusa on the southern bank of the Mapusa Tar river
which has been acquired by the Mapusa Municipal Council from Bastora
Comunidade/ Panchayat to facilitate the Ganesh immersions. This place is
paved and has gates through which vehicles can come right up to the river
bank.

This appears to be a regular operation and needs to be checked by the
authorities.
