Ah, right. We are now moving towards Gparted (which is missing in the live cd), and the shortcut in the desktop was forgot to be removed. Thanks for the report. > I then clicked > on "Install GoboLinux" but got the message (logically enough) "No valid > partitions found. Create one using 'qtparted' or 'cfdisk'". Alright, I'll > try "Compile qtparted". Alas, that is also a no-go. Could you please try to use 'Compile Gparted', or 'InstallPackage Gparted' and see if that program works for you? > After telling it to > satisfy the dependencies for ProgsReiserFS and NTFSProgs, I got the error > message, > "FetchArchive: Your Scripts package is too old. So it might be better to prepare an official Scripts release the next time; FetchArchive is probably losing itself when it doesn't find a stable release at /Programs/Scripts. > Ok, so I follow the directions and upgrade to Scripts 2.6.3, then > try 'Compile qtparted' again. Does it work if you 'export NO_UNIONFS=yes'? -- Lucas powered by /dev/dsp _______________________________________________ gobolinux-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.gobolinux.org/mailman/listinfo/gobolinux-devel
