Hello, I'm developing a local mobile service/application for mobile users, the service will provide answers for general questions by sending SMS containing the question and we will reply with the answer (something like ChaCha), the search results will be generated by a local search engine and databse and also uses the Google AJAX APIs. Can I use the APIs in this case legally? If not, what do I need to use it legally ????
