I am having problems activating my GAE (java) account. The GAE admin page "Verify Your Account by SMS" just says "The phone number has been sent too many messages or has already been used to confirm an account"
Also the "http://appengine.google.com/waitlist/sms_issues"; indicates errors on submission. Has anyone encountered this issue? Can someone please activate my account manually?
