I used the same account name for the java runtime of GAE. I am not sure why it prompted me to reactivate. When I go to:
http://appengine.google.com/promo/ I just get an empty page. The error I am gettting is: There were errors: * Carrier I entered: Country: USA Carrier Name: AT&T Comments: Cannot activate account.
