Hi everybody, I'm hoping someone might know what the billing policy is
concerning image requests served directly from the High Performance
Image Service API (Picasa).

I've been searching the docs for this but I can't seem to come up with
a definitive answer. My GAE app generates a url with
get_serving_url(), such as  "https://lh6.ggpht.com/hash...";.  When
that url is requested, does it get billed to my outgoing bandwidth
quota? If so, is there anyway of tracking it?

The reason I'm asking is that I have been supplying a client with
images for his e-commerce site which he downloads from my asset
manager that I built on GAE. Now he thinks it would be great idea if
he just used my urls directly, as a content delivery network, instead
of having them stored and served from his host. I just need to know
what costs I might incur and how I can bill my client.

Thanks in advance!
