Have had no reply, or to our billing email - or the other form. This is very very very painful And such a simple stupid mistake Users are already complaining, we have removed our apps from the Market and iTunes, we look like, and might as well be, complete amateurs. I can't fully express the anger I feel, with myself for making such a simple mistake, but worse that it can NOT be undone! Our action plan in this scenario..... sit around and pray to be bestowed some attention. We cant even copy data to another instance, taking the 30 minutes read only hit, as that too is part of the quota! Pass me the whiskey, and stir in a bottle of pain killers........
