I think a lot of people on this list would agree: Billing is one the biggest flaws in GAE.*
I dread touching those settings, and literally "check them thrice" before I submit. The only reason people don't complain more is that they don't have to touch the settings often. There must be a better way. * The other is Google Apps. The GAE team needs to do a reverse takeover of the rest of Google so they can fix the broken bits. ¡Viva la revolución!
