We are facing the same issues as others are experiencing here. High latency, instance count sky-rocketed, lot of errors in logs (HardDeadlineExceededError , java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError, etc). This was working perfectly 2 days back. Ever since the last maintenance (March 7th) GAE has been very unstable for us.
