*Result of the issue*

Thanks to John Lowry's help and insight, we were able to determine what
caused the issue of 2014-11-19 and why it would affect some apps this
severely. The query cursors were reset during a period of time. If you had
a mapreduce tasks with 1000 scattered queries running, it would reset all
those queries, and make them act like complete queries. I suspect more
occurred during the period, because my app spent 70$'s with full taskqueue
usage (queues are rate limited) yet at that day it spent 300$'s and
exhausted the daily quota, yet I didn't push the issue further. *TL;DR the
issue was very critical*, yet we didn't see any official
responses/announcements (i)

Although the technical support was great, the cloud/billing support was
like a joke, they* completely ignored my SLA request* and instead replied
with pre-written responses, claimed there was no issue and such glitches
were expected. To make things much much worse, they *stopped responding
completely *after the initial 1-2 emails, which is just unacceptable and
rude. I've sent a followup email more than a week ago, yet I didn't receive
a respond to that email either (ii)

I've used appengine loyally for more than 4 years, I used to suggest
appengine frantically to everyone, yet after this experience I decided to
actively do the opposite, Google Cloud is not a developer oriented agile
product collection anymore, instead it's more like a BS corporate entity
with BS policies aimed to suck out anything they can, with their BS support
packages and hustler responses

[(i) and (ii) combined led me to believe that: instead of transparently
sharing issues so that developers like us can fix issues that arise after
these issues occur, google instead covers them up to avoid SLA conflicts,
if you quickly scan the appengine google groups, there are many issues like
these that can easily be proven, yet completely ignored and suppressed]
