Thanks for the feedback Takashi.

Yes, we've taken a hard look at the email migration API, but
unfortunately, the "Netscape" email structure is very convoluted:  it
stores all messages into a SINGLE file in some "mork" or binary format
that is not very programmer friendly.  So, we have found a tool that
we have purchased that can read the Netscape mailbox and migrate/copy
the messages to an IMAP server.  This is why we are going about this
migration in such a strange/non-standard way by having an "interim"
IMAP server to stage the messages for Google to come and pick up using
Google's "Pull" migration technology.
