We want to simplify our codebase by removing support for non-SES-compatible
browsers. This means we can get rid of ES5/3, the entire server-side
cajoler (but not all of the Java language-processing-framework stuff,
because that's used in other ways), and workarounds for ES5/3's limitations
such as lack of eval and lack of Object.create(null).
