I think you are correct however strange this is not an issue in the compact framework.
I was able to execute the code once after i added some garbage collection and received the 400 error in return however i did not have fiddler running (figures) Now even though i have appropriate garbage collection in place I am still getting a : System.IO.IOException was unhandled Message="Unable to write data to the transport connection: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine." could this be because i still have a pending request on the google server? How long does the request stay current on the server before timing out?
