Have you added [email protected] as a member for each of your groups? That will (hopefully) allow your messages to get through without being flagged as spam.
The groups moderation interface also has a few idiosyncracies: Most of the time you need to perform moderation from the main message moderation page, rather than within the individual messages. Doing the latter will often cause your changes to just be ignored.
