Have you been able to think of any other reasons why this might be  
happening? I can now moderate the messages for my project's -issues  
and -changes lists through, so that was just a temporary problem, but  
the fact that I have to do so each and every time I make a change to  
the repository or the issue tracker is still a problem, and one I did  
not have before.
