For Google Code, what does this statement "Project Members may use the project, but may not reconfigure it." really mean? (shown at the right hand side of http://code.google.com/a/exampleproject/adminMembers)
What can members do? not do? can they commit to svn? add/remove/change issue labels? Create new wiki pages?
